As a People and Culture Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a positive, engaging, and growth-oriented employee experience.
You will work closely with leadership and employees to support professional development, strengthen engagement, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
The role combines employee support, HR administration, engagement initiatives, onboarding, and people-focused projects.
You will help employees stay connected to their development goals while creating opportunities for mentorship, recognition, and growth opportunities.
You will also use employee feedback and people data to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen the overall employee experience.
This is a collaborative role suited to someone who is organized, empathetic, proactive, and passionate about helping people succeed.

Accountabilities
Conduct regular employee development follow-ups and one-on-one meetings to understand individual goals, monitor progress, and connect employees with relevant development resources and opportunities.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, mentorship opportunities, surveys, and activities designed to strengthen collaboration and morale.
Continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure new employees receive the support, information, and resources needed to succeed from day one.
Maintain effective feedback mechanisms and analyze employee input to identify opportunities to improve engagement, development, and satisfaction.
Support leadership development by helping identify emerging talent and encouraging employees to pursue growth and leadership opportunities.
