Accountabilities




Provide technical leadership across engineering teams while remaining sufficiently hands-on to guide complex technical decisions and architectural direction.
Design and scale high-performance systems using appropriate patterns for distributed architectures, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and asynchronous processing.
Own and influence technology strategy, architectural decisions, engineering standards, and technology adoption while balancing scalability, performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
Translate business and product requirements into explicit technical plans, architecture, milestones, and execution strategies.
Champion AI-first software development by integrating LLMs and AI-powered tools into requirements analysis, architecture, coding, modernization, testing, debugging, documentation, reviews, and knowledge discovery.
