Job Description Summary
Management of the Bangalore Molecular Imaging (MI) multidisciplinary engineering organization. The team will assume end-to-end ownership of the PET/CT IB, working in close partnership with key stakeholders across Haifa Engineering, Product Management, Regional teams, Service, Supply Chain, and customers to ensure operational excellence, product quality, and business continuity.

This role leads initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Engineering function and drives strong cross-functional alignment through the development and management of key metrics, dashboards, operational processes, and strategic initiatives. The position owns and influences budgets, operating plans, and execution priorities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the role works across multiple functions and geographies to deliver results within established operating policies. It requires solid business acumen, leadership, and sound judgment to balance competing priorities, drive operational performance,



and achieve business outcomes.
