As a Technical Platform Manager – Data Management within Global Technology, Data & Analytics, you will define and drive the strategy for scalable, resilient, efficient, and user friendly data onboarding and data acquisition capabilities. You’ll be responsible for enabling teams to ingest, validate, monitor, and transform data via onboarding workflows across the enterprise (batch, online & streaming). This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, and data governance teams.



This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
What You'll Bring:

Deep understanding of data lake architectures, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Kafka, Flink, Iceberg, dbt)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native data ingestion (batch/streaming) and observability services
5–8 years in product management, with at least 3–5 years in a technical or platform-focused role
Background in software engineering, data engineering, or computer science preferred
Strategic thinking with a systems mindset and empathy for technical users
Product management skills with a focus on platform enablement and internal tooling
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Aha
Strong ability to influence
