Job Title - Project Lead

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, including obtaining necessary permits.
Site Management & Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards.
Subcontractor & Resource Management: Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and staff, ensuring resources are optimized.
Communication & Reporting:



Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular progress updates.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot, and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum.Workable +9
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Project Lead, Construction Manager, or similar role.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using construction management software.
Certifications: Project Management Skilled (PMP) or similar certifications are preferred.Indeed +4
