This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Functional Consultant based in India.
This is an opportunity for an experienced PeopleSoft professional to contribute to a large-scale Payroll Transformation initiative spanning multiple countries across EMEA and APAC.
You will use your functional expertise to analyze, redesign, and improve complex payroll and benefits processes.
The role combines deep PeopleSoft HCM knowledge with integration expertise, data analysis, testing, and business process improvement.
You will work closely with developers, vendors, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Your work will directly support the resolution of critical payroll issues and the delivery of reliable, scalable HR technology solutions.
The position offers significant ownership across functional design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and transformation activities.




It is particularly suited to a senior consultant who can operate independently, communicate effectively, and join the project immediately.

Accountabilities
Analyze existing payroll and perks processes across multiple countries and identify opportunities for improvement, remediation, and optimization.
Redesign and resolve business process issues involving payroll, benefits, and third-party or vendor integrations across EMEA and APAC.
Configure, enhance, and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll and Benefits functionality.
Analyze integration requirements and coordinate interfaces between PeopleSoft and external or vendor systems.
Work closely with PeopleSoft developers, vendors, business users, and other stakeholders throughout implementation and transformation activities.
Prepare detailed functional specifications, solution/design documents, test scripts, test scenarios, test plans, and other project documentation.
