Purpose:




The Manager Engineer is responsible for the leadership of one or more engineering scrum teams to plan, deliver and support service features that deliver customer value and/or mature service capability.
You are responsible of Service ownership of the assets
You are accountable for delivering business outcomes in your assets inline with epics and features: the right amount of planning and design to enable focused delivery
Your accountable for People Leadership in line with NAB Policies and drive a learning-
You will work with Product Owners, Architects, designers, engineering and testing scrum team to Assess requirements, review designs, plan and strategize continuous performance testing solutions to deliver performant and / or mature service capability
Your will contribute to formulate strategies in the area
You are a thought leader responsible to drive growth mindset , innovation culture in the team.
