As a Manager in Audit and Assurance - Data, Analytics and Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility of information for stakeholders. You will assist clients in developing solutions that build trust, drive improvement, and predict risk using advanced analytics and automation tools. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop,
and inspire your team to deliver quality work, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts, engage in challenging conversations, and uphold qualified standards. Your growing business knowledge will help identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You will mentor junior staff, encouraging skill development beyond comfort zones, and use work reviews to deepen team skills. This position offers a chance to lead teams and manage client accounts within our Assurance practice, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
