About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can think like a designer and work like a force multiplier. You'll own the look, feel, and flow of digital products — from first wireframe to final polished screen. This role is for someone who uses AI tools to move faster, not to think less.
What You'll Do
Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for web and mobile products
Build wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design systems
Translate business requirements and user feedback into clean, functional design
Collaborate with developers, product, and client teams during the night shift window
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, iteration, copy, and asset creation
Present and defend design decisions with clear reasoning
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
Strong command of Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator a plus)
Practical,



everyday fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar — including prompt-writing that gets usable output
A genuinely creative mind: we want original ideas, not templated screens or AI-generated sameness
Solid grasp of design fundamentals — typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour, accessibility
Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Transparent English communication and the discipline to work independently at night
Nice to Have
Basic HTML/CSS understanding
Experience with design systems or component libraries
Motion/micro-interaction design (Framer, After Effects, Lottie)
