Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and customization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions
Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
Design and implement content structures aligned with business and marketing needs
Integrate AEM with commerce platforms, analytics tools, and backend enterprise systems
Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security
Manage content authoring, publishing workflows, and governance standards
Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and backend teams
Support AEM deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and coding standards
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production stabilization




Act as a subject-matter expert for AEM architecture and implementation
Mentor junior AEM developers and contribute to technical best practices
Drive continuous improvement in digital experience delivery

Requirements

Experience in AEM development and implementation
Strong hands-on expertise with AEM Sites, components, templates, and workflows
Solid experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi frameworks
Experience integrating AEM with enterprise systems and third-party tools
Understanding of content management, personalization, and digital experience strategies
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to support enterprise-scale AEM implementations
