Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems
Work closely with business, product, and data teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model training on large datasets
Build and optimize models for use cases such as customer personalization, demand forecasting, recommendations, churn prediction, and pricing
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and continuously improve accuracy
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data pipelines for model training and inference
Support model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management in production environments
Implement explainability, validation, and bias checks for AI models
Document model assumptions, methodologies,



and outcomes
Support UAT, business validation, and post-deployment optimization
Act as a subject-matter expert for AI/ML best practices and frameworks
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers and contribute to AI standards and guidelines
Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them where relevant

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning or advanced analytics roles
Strong hands-on experience with Python-based ML development
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data modeling
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Ability to design end-to-end ML solutions from problem definition to deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
