Responsibilities

Own and manage end-to-end revenue operations across sales, marketing, and customer success functions
Drive CRM governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and process adherence
Manage and optimize sales pipeline, forecasting models, and revenue tracking
Partner closely with sales leadership to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
Design and implement standardized revenue processes aligned with business growth goals
Build and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Analyze revenue data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Drive process automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Support sales planning, target setting, and incentive tracking
Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional alignment between Sales,



Marketing, Finance, and Delivery teams
Identify gaps in revenue processes and recommend corrective actions
Support leadership with strategic insights and decision-making data

Requirements

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
Proven expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics
Robust analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience working with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive process improvements and operational discipline
Experience in IT services, SaaS, or Retail technology environments

Education Qualification

Minimum 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles
Strong hands-on experience
