Provide primary treatment to routine/emergency patient in absence of Doctor
Conduct various investigation (ECG, PFT, x-ray, Audiometry & anthropometric measurements)for medical monitoring as per schedule
Dispense the medicines as advised by doctor & perform inventory management
Monitor various vital parameters of patient and impart treatment as advised by doctor
Provide training to employees and contract workers
Conduct checks of various hospital and ambulance equipment
Active participation in various health promotional activities
Bio-waste management
Conduct disinfection / sterilization of medical equipment
Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience in patient care management to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. (Mandatory skill)
Solid clinical knowledge necessary for all nursing activities effectively. (Mandatory skill)
Ability to manage emergency situations with a calm and organized approach. (Mandatory skill)
Experience in nursing home administration to facilitate smooth healthcare operations.
Competence in paramedics to support and enhance patient handling capabilities.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
