About the Role -We are looking for a highly capable, agile, and experienced Chief of Staff to the CEO who can operate as a strategic partner and execution driver for the CEO and the leadership team.



The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, business reviews, cross-functional initiatives, leadership alignment, decision support, and organisational execution. This role will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, helping ensure that key priorities are clearly defined, ownership is established, decisions are followed through, and critical initiatives move forward with pace and accountability. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment, working across functions, challenging assumptions, analysing information, and bringing structure to ambiguity. This is a high-trust role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional ownership, sound judgement, discretion, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
