Role Description The Freight Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily freight activities from order initiation through delivery. This role includes coordinating import and export shipments, preparing and verifying documentation, and communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to track and resolve shipment issues. The Freight Coordinator will monitor schedules, update systems with shipment status,



and ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. The position also involves responding to customer inquiries, addressing service concerns, and supporting continuous improvement in freight processes and customer experience.
