Role Purpose
The Marketing & Sales Intern will support Smartedge Consulting in lead generation, market research, digital marketing, customer communication, and sales coordination.
The role is designed for candidates who want practical exposure to B2B consulting sales and marketing, particularly in the areas of ISO, QEHS, Food Safety, ESG, Sustainability, Energy, and Business Compliance.
2. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Identify potential companies and decision-makers through online research.
Build and maintain prospect databases.
Support email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and telephone-based outreach.
Follow up with prospective customers and update lead status.
Marketing Support
Assist in preparing emailers, WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn posts, and promotional content.
Support digital marketing and social media activities.
Assist in promoting webinars, events, newsletters, and campaigns.
