Key Responsibilities

Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Acquire current customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Manage overall branch operations, including loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and closures.
Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts, and NPAs.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit, and KYC requirements.
Lead, train, and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain branch security, vault management, and operational controls.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
