Role Description: P Tune Studio is looking for a Business Development Manager to support the company’s growth in India. This is a full time, remote position for someone based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will build relationships with artists, record labels, producers, managers and catalog owners across India. The role includes identifying potential partners, understanding their business needs and introducing them to P Tune Studio’s music distribution, video distribution,



publishing administration and rights management services.
The selected candidate will arrange meetings, deliver presentations and prepare suitable business proposals. They will discuss proposed commercial terms within company guidelines and coordinate final approval with P Tune Studio’s leadership.
The role also involves supporting approved partners through the agreement and onboarding process, maintaining long-term business relationships and keeping accurate records of leads, meetings and partnership progress.
Although the position is primarily remote, regular in-person partner meetings in Mumbai will be required. Occasional travel within India may also be necessary for meetings, conferences and other music industry events.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or account management.
