At BizzDeck, we’re building a platform that helps restaurants understand their numbers, improve profitability, and make better business decisions.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can build relationships with restaurant owners, understand their business challenges, and help them discover how BizzDeck can improve their operations and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Identify and connect with restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens
• Speak with restaurant owners and understand their business challenges
• Demonstrate BizzDeck and explain how our platform can help improve profitability
• Convert qualified prospects into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline
• Work closely with the product and operations team to understand customer requirements
• Help existing customers get maximum value from BizzDeck




• Identify opportunities for upgrades, referrals and additional services
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and customer activity
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is business-minded, comfortable with numbers, and good at talking to people.
You should:
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be comfortable speaking directly with business owners
• Have a basic understanding of P&L;, revenue, costs and margins
• Be confident explaining products and presenting solutions
• Be proactive with follow-ups and customer acquisition
• Be comfortable working with targets and taking ownership of results
• Have a genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate
An added advantage
Experience in any of these areas would be a plus:
• Business development / sales
• Restaurant or hospitality industry
• Account management / client servicing
• Experience
