About the Role
As our Founding Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling our platform from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the technical architecture, lead development, mentor engineers, and work directly with the founders to turn product vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications.
Lead backend architecture, APIs,



third-party integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Build and optimize multi-tenant database architecture.
Establish engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and CI/CD.
Collaborate closely with founders, product, and design teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Mentor developers and help build a high-performing engineering team.
Contribute to frontend development using modern frameworks when required.

Skills & Experience
Required
7–8 years of Full Stack development experience with solid backend expertise.
Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python (FastAPI), or similar backend technologies.
Experience building scalable REST APIs, SaaS platforms, or marketplace applications.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases, Redis, caching, and system design.
Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern fronten
