Role Description This full-time role is for a Contract Proposals and RFP Submissions Specialist based in Bengaluru, India, with hybrid work expectations referencing Inver Grove Heights, MN, where some work-from-home flexibility is acceptable. The specialist will manage the end-to-end process of preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Daily responsibilities include analyzing RFP requirements, collaborating with sales, legal, finance,



and technical teams, and drafting clear, compliant, and competitive proposals. The role involves coordinating contract terms, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, maintaining accurate documentation, and tracking deadlines and submission statuses. The specialist will also support post-submission activities such as clarification responses, contract negotiations, and updates to proposal templates and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret RFPs, evaluate risks, and align proposals with client and organizational objectives.
