What would you do? The Record-to-Report (R2R) Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end accounting and reporting services within a Shared Services setting. The role supports timely and accurate period close,



balance sheet integrity, compliance with accounting policies, and continuous improvement of R2R processes and controls. The R2R Analyst works closely with Finance Business Partners, FP&A;, AP/AR, Tax, Treasury, and auditors to ensure financial results are complete, accurate, and delivered to agreed timelines and service levels.

What are we looking for? Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience Relevant years of experience in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting, ideally in a Enterprise Operations or multi-entity environment. Working knowledge of month-end close, journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems or ability to learn (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Anaplan or similar). Exposure to audit and controls environments (SOX/internal audit) preferr
