The position demands a thoughtful approach to integrating various technological components to create a cohesive and efficient system that supports organizational goals and adapts to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the evaluation and adoption of recent technologies to improve architectural frameworks.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools within Microsoft 365.
Experience in designing scalable and secure technology architectures.
Ability to integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security best practices related to Microsoft 365 environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
