We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through production, delivery, and post-launch support while ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Manager in Coimbatore. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing programs from RFQ through production and coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution of customer programs.

You will:
- Manage customer programs from RFQ through production, launch, and end-of-life.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships while serving as the primary customer contact.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and program milestones.
- Coordinate Engineering, Production, Procurement,



Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing activities.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve delivery constraints.
- Coordinate engineering changes, prototype builds, PPAPs, and production releases.
- Review customer purchase orders and support quotation activities.
- Monitor program profitability and identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead customer quality concerns, corrective actions, and audit support activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues impacting customer programs.
- Prepare customer presentations, KPI reports, and executive program status updates.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relate
