What would you do? We are seeking a Fraud Analyst to monitor, detect, and investigate suspicious transactions across multiple channels, including ACH, wire, P2P, and card payments, for US-based banking and fintech clients.



The role is focused on minimizing fraud losses, ensuring compliance, maintaining customer trust, and delivering high-quality operational outcomes that meet SLA expectations.

What are we looking for? Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. ? 1–3 years of experience in fraud operations, with preference for payment fraud or card fraud experience in the US market. ? Robust understanding of payment systems, including ACH, wire, cards, P2P, and RTP. ? Knowledge of fraud typologies, including account takeover, social engineering scams, mule activity, and card-not-present fraud. ? Familiarity with dispute and chargeback processes and applicable US regulations is preferred. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Strong communication and presentation skills. ? Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making ability. ? Ability to work
