What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include providing advanced technical case reviews, performing root cause analysis, identifying and mitigating product defects,
and coordinating with Software Engineering teams to prioritize and resolve code-level issues.
You will be expected to navigate complex distributed systems, troubleshoot across multiple technology stacks, and drive end-to-end incident resolution while maintaining a robust focus on customer impact..
What you need to bring:
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Typically, 10+ years’ experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
A deep understanding of one or more of the following areas of networking
PTX, MX, ACX and QFX Product Platforms
Experience with data center networking and troubleshooting.
Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking technologies such as VXLAN, MPLS and SR-MPLS or SRv6
Familiarity with data center interconnect (DCI) technologies, including EVPN.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
