The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Analysis & Problem Resolution
Diagnose and resolve complex issues across servers, networks, cloud, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Conduct root cause analysis, assess risks, and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
Evaluate, test, and optimize solutions that align with customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project timelines.
2. Solution Design & Integration
Design and implement end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud,



and hybrid environments.
Integrate systems, applications, and platforms to enable seamless operations and business continuity.
Develop and automate workflows, processes, and operational tasks to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
3. Project Delivery & Documentation
Lead technical delivery activities from planning through implementation, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to timelines.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectures, procedures, configurations, and knowledge transfer materials.
Monitor implementation risks and drive remediation plans to minimize service disruptions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Customer Engagement
Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Communicate technical concepts, recommendations, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical
