Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the sales team in driving residential and commercial property sales, managing leads from inquiry to closure,



and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, conducting property presentations and site visits, explaining project features and pricing, and preparing proposals and documentation. The role involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with marketing, operations, and finance teams, and providing timely reports to senior management. The Assistant Sales Manager will also handle customer queries, assist in negotiation and deal closure, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
