We are looking to hire a Principal Lead Software Engineer to be responsible for one or more of our cloud-based/on-prem products.
Key Elements To This Significant Role Include
Working in a team with developers, QA engineers and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams of the Product;
Mentoring other developers, ensuring they follow coding standards, quality assurance principles and agile methods;
Lead team wide technical discussions or troubleshooting sessions including code reviews;
Have a proven track record of delivering on larger product related changes, following through successfully from idea/conception through architecture, development and deployment;

What You Will Do
Provide leadership in solving complex technical challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable,
maintainable and high performing.
Troubleshoot complex production and database performance issues.
Lead architectural and technical design efforts to ensure products are scalable, reliable, secure, and high‑performing.
Mentor developers within the team and across the engineering organization by providing guidance on technical challenges, design patterns, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product, Support, Security, Operations, and customer‑facing teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
Contribute to organization‑wide engineering standards, architectural governance, and shared frameworks.
Actively participate in knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
Proactively identify and drive improvements in engineering processes, tooling, workflows, and long‑term technical strategy.
