This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Video Editor who understands how content performs on social media and how ad creatives drive conversions. This role is focused heavily on editing short-form videos, performance marketing creatives, and motion-led content for D2C brands across platforms like Instagram, Meta, and YouTube.
You’ll work closely with strategists, performance marketers, and creative teams to create fast-paced, high-retention, conversion-focused video content that is built for digital platforms.
This is not just a “make it look good” editing role. We’re looking for someone who understands hooks, storytelling, audience attention spans, pacing, motion, and visual hierarchy, and can turn raw footage, UGC content, product assets, and AI-generated visuals into engaging, ad-ready creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social-first platforms
Create performance-driven ad creatives focused on retention, engagement, and conversions
Edit UGC-style ads, promotional videos, product videos,



and social media content
Create motion-led video content using animations, kinetic typography, text effects, transitions, and visual effects
Develop engaging motion graphics and animated elements to communicate product perks, offers, features, statistics, and key messaging
Use After Effects to create custom animations, text treatments, transitions, visual effects, and compositing
Add motion to static creatives, product images, screenshots, UI elements, and AI-generated assets to make them more dynamic and engaging
Create animated hooks, visual callouts, product highlights, CTA animations, and end cards for performance creatives
Use keyframing, masking, tracking, easing, and basic compositing to create polished motion sequences
Combine editing, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling to improve viewer retention
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand campa
