Position Purpose: The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct comprehensive supplier assessments throughout the contract lifecycle to mitigate financial, strategic, reputational, and legal risks for BNPP.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations for both new supplier onboarding and the continuous monitoring of existing suppliers.
Assess multi-dimensional risks, including financial stability (liquidity/solvency), economic dependency, financial security, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Evaluate compliance and operational risks, specifically focusing on GDPR, IT/Cybersecurity, and general Operational Risk.
Identify potential financial failures or high-risk dependencies between suppliers and the Group.
Facilitate Risk Sourcing Committees by coordinating with Group Strategic Sourcing, Entity Procurement Heads, Compliance, Legal, and Risk departments.
Review and analyze Group and Entity-level risk exposure to ensure alignment with the organizational risk appetite.
Manage the lifecycle of supplier watchlists, including the accurate entry and exit of entities based on updated risk profiles
Collaborate with Procurement teams to define, implement, and monitor supplier remediation plans.
Provide on-demand supplier risk assessments to support Buyers in procurement decision-making.
Deliver qualified risk opinions and actionable insights during critical or high-impact supplier situations.
Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance the efficiency of the TPRM lifecycle.
