MAKO IT Lab is looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients across the US and UK markets, generating qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a performance-driven setting, and is eager to build a career in international business development.
Key Responsibilities
International Prospecting & Outreach
Conduct high-volume cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to prospects across the US and UK markets.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
Build relationships with decision-makers and schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
Lead Generation & Research
Identify and research high-potential prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay,
and other lead generation platforms.
Qualify leads based on the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and prioritize outreach accordingly.
Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
Continuously build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
Sales Performance & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline creation.
Maintain a disciplined, process-driven approach to prospecting and follow-ups.
Track outreach performance and continuously improve conversion metrics.
Qualifications
Education
MBA (Business/Marketing) or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role.
Internship experience in international B2B sales or lead generation will be an added advantage.
