We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive current business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, C-level executives, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer business requirements and position Cregis's solutions to address their payment, wallet, custody,



and treasury needs.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
- Represent Cregis at industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM.
- Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities across APAC and global markets through outbound prospecting, virtual meetings, and industry engagement.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial infrastructure, blockchain, or Web3.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong ability to engage with founders, C-level execut
