We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to support the development and execution of Chtrbox & QYOU’s global marketing and corporate communications initiatives. This role will play a key part in ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across our offices in the United States, Dubai, and Mumbai .
Working closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications, this position will support global marketing programs including digital content, social media, website management, campaign storytelling, creative asset development, and marketing operations .
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and creative marketing professional with a solid understanding of digital media, the creator economy, and influencer marketing , who is comfortable working across teams and time zones.

What You’ll Do
Execute Global Marketing Initiatives
- Support global marketing programs that reinforce the corporate positioning across the US, Dubai, and India.
- Translate strategy into high-quality content, including campaign recaps, case studies,



and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, partnerships, and leadership.

Manage Website & Content
- Maintain and update website content including landing pages, blogs, case studies, and announcements.
- Ensure messaging aligns with active campaigns, client work, and overall brand positioning.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements to engagement and user experience.

Lead Social Media & Content Planning
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with global marketing priorities.
- Create and publish content across corporate and executive channels.
- Repurpose existing content (PR, articles, podcasts, case studies) into platform-ready formats.
- Track performance metrics and optimize for engagement and growth.

Create Marketing Assets
- Design and produce marketing materials to support campaigns, communications, and sale
