We focus on modern silhouettes, robust structure, premium heavyweight fabrics, and intentional details — without relying on loud graphics or excessive branding. Every piece is designed to feel understated yet distinctive, something that naturally becomes part of your everyday wardrobe rather than a short-lived trend purchase.

The Role
We're looking for a Head Designer to own the creative and product direction of Stosi.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will shape what Stosi makes, how it fits, how it feels, and how it evolves season after season. You'll work directly with the founder, lead the design process end to end, and have real authority over the product. As the brand grows, this role grows with it — including building and leading a design team.
