Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving growth through paid media and organic marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube while supporting our SEO initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, testing current ideas, and taking ownership of marketing campaigns. You'll also mentor interns, review their work, and help build a high-performing marketing team.

What you will be working on?
Plan, launch, manage,



and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives.
Create compelling ad copies, landing page recommendations, and campaign messaging to improve conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific tracking tools.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with designers, developers, content writers, and account managers to execute marketing campaigns.
