Spearhead local sales expansion, driving deep-selling initiatives within the existing customer base to maximize account value. Champion strategic account management and retention, designing tailored end-to-end supply chain solutions across diverse industry verticals. Enforce CRM discipline in strict alignment with corporate policies to maintain robust pipeline visibility. Execute cross-portfolio selling, seamlessly integrating port services and logistics capabilities into a unified commercial offering. Conduct market and capability benchmarking to identify competitive advantages, isolate operational gaps, and recommend continuous improvements. Deliver periodic business intelligence, including monthly performance metrics, market updates, and accurate sales forecasting for key stakeholders. Oversee the full sales lifecycle,



from high-impact presentations and proposal drafting to solution implementation and marketing collateral development. Direct the customer support framework and manage credit control to ensure excellent service delivery and healthy cash flow. Analyze and report on market trends, ODC movements, and competitor pricing structures to brief the Project Group and guide strategy. Uphold uncompromising ethical standards, ensuring total compliance with maritime regulations and local laws. Expand corporate footprint and brand equity through strategic networking, global conference representation, and industry event participation.

Requirement

Minimum 10+ years of proven sales experience within the Global Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry, with a heavy emphasis on ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) / Project Cargo Sales.
