Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Computer Vision

About the Role
NGXP Technologies is looking for a Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Computer Vision to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for internal and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and advanced Computer Vision solutions.
Build AI applications using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LLMs, VLMs, YOLO, SAM, and multimodal models.
Develop scalable solutions for object detection, segmentation, video intelligence, visual reasoning, and AI agents.
Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and MCP.
Optimize and deploy AI models across cloud and edge environments using Docker, Kubernetes, ONNX, TensorRT, etc.
Implement MLOps, monitoring, evaluation, model optimization, and continuous improvement.
Lead and collaborate with .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, and other engineering teams.




Take AI initiatives from concept to production and build reusable AI solutions across projects.
Required Skills
Expert Python with strong experience in PyTorch/OpenCV.
Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks.
Strong Computer Vision experience with YOLO, SAM, ViT, VLMs, and multimodal AI.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Qwen, Gemini, LLaVA, or similar models.
Knowledge of MCP, vector databases, model optimization, and AI deployment.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and production AI systems.
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills with experience taking AI projects from zero to production.
