Role Description:

As an LIC Advisor, you will build relationships with individuals, families, and businesses, understand their financial protection and savings needs, and help them choose suitable LIC solutions.
Your responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, generating leads through personal networking and referrals, explaining policy benefits clearly, assisting with applications and documentation, and providing ongoing service to existing policyholders.
The role offers an opportunity to develop your communication, sales,



relationship-management, and financial-planning skills while building your own professional network and business.
Training and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th standard or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and interact confidently with people.
Interest in sales, customer service, and financial planning.
Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications.
Positive time management and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Previous experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates who are motivated to build a career are welcome.
