Role Description The Customer Success Executive role is a remote position responsible for ensuring that customers achieve measurable value from AICines.ai’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding recent customers, guiding them through key features,



and providing proactive support to maximize adoption and usage. The role involves building strong relationships with creators, brands, and studios, monitoring account health, and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention. The Customer Success Executive will coordinate with product and support teams to resolve issues, relay customer feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience. This position also requires preparing reports, conducting review meetings, and helping customers optimize their workflows and monetization outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
