Job Description
As Senior BIM Coordinator,
this role will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination between various disciplines such as architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, and process. The role requires solid expertise in BIM applications, effective collaboration with global stakeholders, and the ability to serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from India GTSG. The BIM Lead will drive digital transformation in design and engineering, enhancing project efficiency, interoperability, and innovation.
Job Description
Lead the development and maintenance of detailed 3D models systems using advanced features of BIM Applications.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet project requirements and standards.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the models.
Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, and details from the 3D models.
