About The Role

As a Business Development Executive at Arihant AI, you will be the driving force behind both our market expansion and client success. We are seeking a versatile, proactive professional who not only excels at identifying recent business opportunities and closing deals but also possesses the organizational skills to see those projects through to successful delivery.

In this hybrid role, you will champion our customized digital transformation services—including enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, custom web portals, mobile applications, and AI integrations—managing the entire lifecycle from the initial pitch to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pre-Sales:
Identify, engage, and generate leads with businesses seeking custom software, backend automation, and comprehensive digital workflows.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand prospective clients' operational bottlenecks and business objectives.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and pitches, showcasing how our custom ERP, mobile app,



and AI solutions solve real-world challenges.
Act as the primary bridge between the client's business needs and our technical capabilities during the evaluation phase.
Scope Definition & Documentation:
Draft, format, and deliver beautifully presented commercial quotations that clearly articulate the proposed value, commercial terms, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive pre-sales and project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Scope of Work (SOW), and functional specifications.
Ensure all client expectations, feature requests, and business rules are exhaustively mapped and agreed upon before technical development begins.
Project Management & Implementation Lifecycle:
Transition seamlessly from sales to project management, serving as the primary liaison between the client and the internal development team.
