About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Mohali.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach, prospecting, and sales development and be comfortable communicating with potential clients across multiple channels.
This is an in-office role based at WorldTech Square, Sector 83, Mohali.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant B2B prospects and decision-makers.
Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.
Execute cold email campaigns and manage follow-ups.
Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
Handle WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
Execute structured multi-channel cold outreach campaigns.
Make cold calls to potential clients and qualify prospects.
Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
Maintain lead data and outreach activity in CRM/Google Sheets.
Track responses,
qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
Test different outreach messages and approaches to improve results.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to generate qualified opportunities.
Achieve assigned lead-generation and outreach targets.
Required Skills & Experience
1.5+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or cold outreach.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting.
Valuable understanding of cold email outreach and follow-up sequences.
Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with prospective clients.
Experience with WhatsApp outreach is preferred.
Strong research and prospecting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to identify and reach the right decision-makers.
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of lead-generation activities.
