About The Role

This internship is a hands-on introduction to real market research — not busywork. You will support live research projects from day one, learn how professional analysis is structured, and build a portfolio of work you can point to. A stipend is provided for the duration of the internship. The role is work-from-home out of Nagpur/Wardha, with site visits only if a project requires it.

What You'll Do

Gather secondary research on companies, industries, competitors, and market trends from credible public sources.
Build and maintain research databases, prospect lists, and competitor trackers.
Assist with survey design, data entry, data cleaning, and basic analysis.
Summarise your findings into short briefs, slides, and charts for the wider team.
Sit in on research reviews and client-facing discussions to see how insight turns into strategy.




Support the analyst team on ad-hoc research requests with quick, accurate turnarounds.

What We're Looking For

Students in their final year or recent graduates in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Genuine curiosity about markets, businesses, and why people buy what they buy.
Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides/PowerPoint.
Solid attention to detail and the discipline to verify a fact before reporting it.
Clear written English and comfort asking questions when something is unclear.
No prior experience required — we will teach the method. Bring the rigour.
