About the Role
XCT Solutions is looking for a dynamic, results-driven IT Sales Leader with 8–10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably with a System Integrator (SI). The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of driving business growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and successfully closing complex IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
This role requires a consultative sales professional with deep knowledge of Cloud, AI, Enterprise Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Modern Data Center solutions, combined with exceptional business development and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts.
Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles—from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.




Develop and execute strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with OEMs, pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop winning solutions.
Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, and customer presentations.
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene.
Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
