We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment

What you will be doing:

Technical Leadership & Product Engineering Team Management:




- Management of cross functional software development teams consisting of developers, business analysts and quality engineers including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring successful delivery of product aligned with business objective
- Ensuring software development process is followed
- Management of phasing, backlog, team and task planning
- Manage software development processes, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives, ensuring successful delivery of product aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and guide high-performing product development team of software engineers.
- Oversight of design, development, and architecture for our VeriTouch solution leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365.
