Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a solid background in PSU & Government Infrastructure Sales . The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across sectors such as:
- Railways & Metro Projects
- Airports & Aviation Infrastructure
- Oil & Gas vertical
- CPWD,



PWD (Government Buildings & Critical Infrastructure)
- Defence / PSU Organisations

This role requires expertise in project sales, with an understanding of the complete sales cycle, i.e., concept-stage (specification, solution design), the proposal, and mapping of every stakeholder, i.e., end client, EPC/SI, consultant, PMC, and other indirect influencers on the projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government & PSU Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities across Central & State Government departments, PSUs, and infrastructure bodies
- Drive sales for Access Control, Visitor Management, and Integrated Security Platforms
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders like:
- Railways (DMRC, NCRTC, etc.)
- Airport Authorities
- Smart City SPVs
- Defense & Govt Agencies

3. Consultant & System Integrator Engagement
- Build relationships with:
- PMC consultants
- Architects & security consultants
- Larg
