You'll handle incoming enquiries, qualify opportunities, follow up on warm leads, support existing accounts, and help ensure important conversations progress toward the right next step. You'll also play an significant role in building the processes that keep customer and sales communication organised as the business scales.

What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, sample requests, and lead submissions, ensuring every conversation receives timely and professional follow-up.
- Follow up with warm leads and active opportunities, qualify interest,



gather relevant information, and help move opportunities toward meetings and next steps.
- Independently manage routine prospect and customer conversations over email and phone, handling questions, follow-ups, and basic objections professionally.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure important customer relationships, enquiries, and opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
- Keep customer and sales conversations organised, maintaining clear records and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.
- Help build the systems, workflows, and customer support processes that will support the next stage of the company's growth.
