Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at Aiora Academy in Kottakkal. The Salesperson will engage prospective students and partners,



explain Aiora Academy’s programs and value proposition, and guide them through the admissions or enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations (in person and via phone), responding to inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales or CRM system. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, attending events or workshops to promote the academy, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Salesperson will contribute feedback from prospects and learners to help improve offerings and overall learner experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing enrollments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI and digital skills in explicit, accessible language.
