Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the end-to-end HR lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include administering HR policies, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management processes. The role coordinates employee perks, handles benefits-related queries, and ensures compliance with company guidelines and local regulations. The HR Generalist will assist in employee engagement initiatives,



support recruitment activities, and collaborate with managers to address HR-related issues. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.
Core Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding, job changes, transfers, leave of absence, and terminations.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation (contracts, letters, compliance records).
Execute HR transactions in HRIS tools like Workday, ServiceNow, SAP.
Employee Relations & Support
Handle Tier 2 employee queries across multiple channels (calls, HR portal, email).
Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and processes.
Support conflict resolution and promote a culture of respect and inclusion.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and global HR standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and statutory filings.
